Bubble absorption bottle (tube)

Bubble absorption bottle (tube) is one of the common absorption bottles in occupational health and environmental monitoring, suitable for collecting gaseous and vapor substances. For aerosol substances, the absorption efficiency is poor because they cannot rapidly diffuse to the gas-liquid interface like gas molecules.

Performance requirements:

The interface between the inner and outer pipes should be a standard grinding port, and the inner diameter of the inner pipe outlet should be1.00mm ± 0.1mm, with a distance of 4.5mm ± 0.5mm between the tip of the tube and the bottom of the outer tube. The airtightness should be good. Fill 5mL and 2mL of water into the large and small bubble absorption tubes, seal the inlet of the inner tube, and the outlet of the outer tubeAir samplerWhen extracting air at a flow rate of 1L/min, there should be no bubbles in the absorption tube, and the flow meter of the air sampler should not indicate the flow rate. Refer to Figure 2.1

GB/T 17061-1997 Technical Specification for Workplace Air Sampling Instruments

Common specifications:5mL, 10mL, 25mL, 50mL, 75mL, 125mL, etc.
